A Study On The Relationship Of The Human Capital And High-Tech Industry In Inner Mongolia

High-tech industry, based on the new development of China and World’s technology and Conditional on knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive, knowledge-intensive and intensive R&D funds, is a new technology industry. As the high-speed development of science and technology, the countries in the world strive to develop the High-tech industry due to the advantages:great market potential, high technology level, high add-on values, low pollution etc. The high-tech industry scale and level decide the country’s product competitiveness and economic development level in the international market, even the future of the country. Therefore, it is significant to develop high-tech industry competitiveness evaluation research.First of all, this paper will summary the concept of high-tech industry according to the market performance and industry performance concepts and high and new industrial policies in China, establish the human capital effect econometric model of Inner Mongolia high-tech industry through relevant theory and analyze of the effect of human capital of high-tech industry. Then, use the Eviews6.0to analyze the contribution of human capital of high-tech industry in Inner Mongolia and get several conclusions:(1) physical capital has greater effect than human effect for Inner Mongolia high-tech industry.(2) Inner Mongolia high-tech industry is underdeveloped due to Lack of human capital and technical innovation. Finally, analyze how the human capital restricting the development of Inner Mongolia High-tech industry, and provide some suggestions to improve the human capital and develop the high-tech industry in Inner Mongolia.
