The Research On After Evaluation Index System Of The Social And Economic Benefits Of Government Investing Freeway Project

Theorists hasbeen some research on the social and economic benefits of the highway after the evaluation,and the results of the use of the actual evaluation work, but, due to the social and economicbenefits of government investment in highway project evaluation compared to developedcountries started late there are still some problems and deficiencies in the evaluation indexsystem. Establishment of a comprehensive highway socio-economic benefits after theevaluation index system, to carry out the government investment in highway projects.In this context, the theory of public goods and sustainable development of the theory andthe theory of project management based on use of the analytic hierarchy process, structuralequation modeling method, system evaluation index system of government investment in thesocial and economic benefits of the highway projectresearch to improve the social andeconomic benefits of government investment in highway project evaluation index system,combined through fuzzy comprehensive quantitative models and structural equation modeling,the effectiveness of the project and the impact of the relationship between the evaluationindex.First of all, from the highway project evaluation related to the concept of evaluation inthe social and economic benefits, summarize the existing problems of the index system;Secondly, on the basis of comparative to draw international academic multi outcomes for theexistence of the problem,"3E" social and economic benefits evaluation index system,proposed combined fuzzy quantitative models and structural equation modeling approach toevaluate the effectiveness of indicators.Finally, the combination of the cases, the applicationof this article is perfect after the social and economic benefits after the evaluation indexsystem to evaluate and build model to analyze the social results.
