So, establishing aperfect evaluation index system and explore the method of quantitative evaluation of company settlementsbenefit can not only enrich the company settlements remediation theory, but also standardize and guide thepractice of company settlements remediation work and has the important practical significance on savingthe intensive using and achieving the best comprehensive benefit of land utilization.This paper learns carrying out theories, methods and experiences about the remediation of ruralsettlements from home and abroad, and working on the remediation of rural settlements theory, evaluationof the content, procedures and methods. Firstly, I establish the evaluation of company settlementsremediation benefit index system. Secondly, the weight of evaluation of benefits is determined by expertscoring and AHP. Finally the quantitative evaluation result of comprehensive benefits is calculated bywhich use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining with the actual situation of expert advices.In the remediation project area the score of economic, social, ecological, and comprehensive benefitsincrease rapidly from the50.34points, the43.88points, the48.5points and the46.24points to the86.48points, the90.86points, the84.36points and the88.76points through company settlements remediation,which means the economic, social, ecological and comprehensive benefits of company settlementsremediation project are better than before, the project implementation effective is more ideal.
