Effects Of The Social System Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Into The City

Migrant workers is one of our very special group of people, on the one hand, they play a very important role in the country’s social construction, and has been an important part of China’s working class; while on the other hand, due to the special circumstances of our country’s difficult circumstances vulnerable groups in this society. With the replacement of the times, this group of migrant workers in an intergenerational replacement, the new generation of migrant workers born in the1980s and1990s started to become a major component of the migrant workers groups, compared with the first generation of migrant workers they reflect a lot of difference:a higher level of education, basically no farming experience, the desire to integrate into the city. From the point of view of the social system integrated into the new generation of migrant workers in cities, the study has practical and theoretical significance.This paper adopts the method of combining empirical research and theoretical studies, literature review and questionnaire method to collect relevant information. Catering industry in Yunnan Province, Kunming Wuhua were distributed124questionnaires were by SPSS software on the basis of the social system and the new generation of migrant workers in cities into multiple linear regression analysis, in-depth to explore the social system of migrant workers groups city Inclusion, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:the generation of migrant workers living conditions still remain in the primary stage to meet their basic needs; generation of migrant workers eager to integrate into the city, but their actual integration into the worrying; social system is integrated into the new generation of migrant workers in citiessignificant impact.On this basis, this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:1,dilute the concept of household registration reform of household registration system, said additional system.2, establish and improve the generation of migrant workers social security legal system.3, the establishment of multiple subjects to participate and a unified education and training system.4, the abolition of restrictive employment policy and the establishment of a unified labor job market.
