Therefore, the most important problem to construct modern agriculture is to improve the quality of rural labor force.Improve the quality of rural labor force is the necessary condition for sustainable and stability development of rural and agricultural economic, which is also the important motive force for the whole society development. Because improve the quality of rural labor force can accelerate the rural economic development, increase the farmers’incomes, improve the new rural construction ability of socialism, provide more and more qualified labor force for other industry and promote the social progressive with the development of agricultural industrialization and urbanization. Therefore, researching on the quality of rural labor force is a major theoretical and practical significance question for study. This article takes Changchun city Shuangyang district as example, and explains the influence and significance to construction of rural modernization and the full realization of well-off society on improving the quality of rural labor force. Based on the present situation for the quality of rural labor force, the explanation to affect the quality of rural labor force, we can find the measure and countermeasure to promote rural modernization and improve the quality of rural labor force.
