In recent years, with the continuous development of chinese economy, chifeng supermarket industry has also made great progress. Supermarket chain industry’s rapid development, supermarket chain industry competition has reached white-hot. Customer demand unceasing increase, the market environment has changed from a seller’s market to buyer’s market change. The market competition has been beyond the traditional enterprise’s competition, according to supplies between the chain the competition.The supermarket to adapt to market changes, enhance the competitiveness of the process, efficient supplier relationship management is more and more big, the enterprise how to deal with the relationship with suppliers to become the enterprise to improve the management of one of the important factors. The enterprise in order to "win-win"concept as the guiding ideology, with the supplier to form a long-term, close strategic partnership, is the current market supermarket industry competition situation decision, but also improve their operating efficiency required.This article take the Chifeng S supermarket chain as the research object, in accordance with the supplier management related theory, analysis of the S supermarket chain in the supplier management problems, due to the lack of S supermarket chain with suppliers to establish strategic cooperative partnership concept, there is no scientific, complete set of retailer and supplier management system to do the guidance of sustainable development, information technology platform, and lack of control and management system is not perfect, the supplier evaluation and selection is excessively subjective reasons, S supermarket chain and supplier relationship coordination has become a reality. Supermarket chain as directly facing the terminal consumer retail enterprise, the integration of the supply chain upstream suppliers, and effective management of the supplier, with a long-term strategic alliance, common to provide satisfactory service is particularly important, how to promote S linkage between supermarkets and suppliers strategic alliance and the mutual cooperation has become an urgent problem. This article is based on the supplier management characteristics and management process of analysis, put forward supplier management approach. The main contant includes supplier selection, supplier classification management, supplier incentive and control system is established, the data information sharing platform. The various suppliers according to its S supermarket chain value contribution degree, into the S supplier of supermarket management system.
