With the rapid progress and popularization of information technology, we are now meeting the mobile internet era. Consumers are used to and are accepting the concept of mobile internet, and enjoy the efficiency, convenience and practicability the mobile internet brought. It will be a must that there is a substantial increase in the demand for mobile internet in China, and the rapid rise of potential users of mobile internet will bring the substantial commercial opportunity.As one of the important entrance of mobile internet, mobile market plays an important role in mobile internet, and meanwhile, it enjoys a promising market with the increasing demand for mobile application program. The launching of China Mobile’s Mobile Market on17August2009marks the establishment of online software market initiated and widespread by communications operators in the world.Based on the latest data and information, the article elaborates the development circumstance of Mobile Market value-added service of China Mobile Group Zhumadian Company in a comprehensive and detailed way, analyses systematically and penetratingly the market competitiveness and problems with SWOT model and Five Forces model from the perspective of China Mobile and mobile internet industry, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions regarding how to promote the sustainable development of Zhumadian Mobile’s MM value-added service.
