The Satisfaction Evaluation Of Landless Peasants Based On Extension Theory Research

Since the reform and opening up, with a well-off society in an all-round wayforward, the continuous expansion of urbanization, a large number of rural collectiveland requisition, the agricultural land into construction land, and gradually formed thisvulnerable group of landless peasants, this vulnerable group is an important group toaffect social stability, therefore we need re-identified through the government for thisvulnerable group of landless peasants that is different from the farmers and differentfrom the public. In recent years, a number of experts and scholars made landlesspeasants for land acquisition triggered a lot of research, employment, pension security,happiness, etc., but the status quo survey on the living standards of farmers lost theirland evaluation rarely, and lacked a certain statistical evaluation methods. Therefore,this paper proposed Extension Theory methodology to landless peasants for the study,and for evaluation of their life satisfaction.The land acquisition is the essence of the city development, and farmers are to becompensated, in this way that accelerate the pace of development of the country, buthow the government and farmers to achieve win-win situation is not only difficulty butalso focus. Based on the above background, research the landless farmers to changetheir way of life whether it is satisfied with the problems caused by the land acquisition.In this paper, first, the landless peasants as a starting point object elaborate, and thetheory of life satisfaction evaluation. Second, based on reading a lot of references andreasonably give the main factors of landless farmers whether they are satisfied withtheir lives. Questionnaire again, Weinan City of landless farmers for the study, itsinfluencing factors, based on the analysis of the factors to establish evaluation indexsystem, and the introduction of the Extension Element model,through the calculation of the associate degree and level of degree, it is objective and comprehensive to givelandless peasants satisfaction evaluation results. Finally, according to the results of theevaluation of the satisfaction, the inadequacies of the landless the government andlandless peasants, as the neutral point,we should make relevant recommendations to thelandless farmers and the government.Through the above research and feasibility studies, the author of the status quo byExtension Theory and landless peasants life satisfaction the evaluation of thecombination of research, not only can provide to the government a new way tounderstand the life of landless peasants land expropriation, and let the government knowthat the behavior of the land acquisition deeply impacts on their lives, With thispaper,the author hope that the government can take full account of the lost land farmersliving problems acquiring land use in the future. Besides, providing a successfulexample for landless farmers, so that farmers know that land acquisition is beneficial tothem,and the government take their benifits into account everywhere.
