Study On Constructive Land Spatial-temporal Feature And Driving Forces In Shangrao City

China is a country where the person is much but the ground is less. In recent years,ecological environment, food security and other issues have become increasinglyprominent because of the city’s rapid development and the expansion of construction land.Therefore, how to coordinate the contradiction between "eating" and "building" becomeone of the most concerned problems in China. With the rapid development of socialeconomy and the rapid increase of population, the demand for land will be constantlyincreasing, which causes the contradiction between people and land become increasinglyprominent, especially the contradiction of construction land expansion and arable landprotection. Reasonable construction land expansion, therefore, was to solve thecontradiction between population, resources and environment’s urgent request.Shangrao city was taken as the study object in this paper. Firstly, construction landspatio-temporal feature were analyzed in Shangrao city. Secondly, the key driving factorsof the construction land change were found out. Thirdly construction land quantity waspredicted in Shangrao city. Finally, the countermeasures of rational use of constructionland were put forward.The paper includes the following several aspects：The first part: resume the research background, purpose and significance.The second part: summarize the geographical position, natural environment, socialeconomy and land use.The third part: analysis constructive land spatial-temporal feature and put forwardproblems about the constructive land in Shangrao cityThe fourth part: using the factor analysis, stepwise regression analysis of SPSSstatistical software, find out the key driving forces of constructive land.The fifth part: put forward the measures of rational use of construction land inShangrao city.The sixth part: conclusion and the insufficiency, carries on the summary to this thesis,and the deficiency of this paper.
