The Research Of TPM Management Of SG Company

With the development of the reform and opening up, Chinese economy has flown into the world economy. And the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. Production equipment is a product of the materialization of the advanced science and technology. And it has become an indispensable tool for manufacturing enterprises. As to how to improve staff enthusiasm, this paper focus on the implementing measure of one point lesson, proposal improvement and quality control circle. On the basis of the process of constructing excellent equipment factory, the paper, through a lot of picture, show implementation process of key point of six management aspects, and carry on their result analysis, analyses insufficient in the process of implementing TPM, put forward the improvement suggestions about spare parts management and setting up information platform.Through the smooth running of activities of SG company, the overall equipment efficiency, environment and staff quality have been greatly upgraded and the management concept of the company has been changed.
