With the rise of knowledge economy in the global scope, knowledge production factorshas already become advantage of resources during enterprise competition, and knowledgemanagement plays an increasingly important role in the operation of modern enterprises.Knowledge sharing is the key and the difficulty among many links in knowledge managementactivities. By knowledge sharing, the enterprise can carry out the allocation of resources,improve performance and innovation ability, even further enhance its core competitiveness.However, Employees may have conflict consciousness for fear that he may fall in pay andstatus in the organization after knowledge sharing. Thus, Enterprises encounter manyobstacles in the process of knowledge transfer and sharing, which seriously affect theimplementation of knowledge management inside the enterprise.Thus it can be seen that it is necessary to understand the path of knowledge sharing anddesign the mechanism and strategies for promoting knowledge sharing for enterprise byanalyzing of the whole process of knowledge sharing.Firstly, we draw lessons from the theory of knowledge management, knowledge sharing,evolutionary game theory, principal-agent, etc. The connotation of knowledge managementand knowledge sharing is reshaped, this paper clears the goal of knowledge management andestimates obstacles in the process of sharing knowledge. The symbol definition ofevolutionary stable strategy and precise derivation of replicated dynamic equation are given inthis paper. According to the ideas of the principal-agent theory, we point out the constraints ondesigning the incentive mechanism. All these above can lay the foundation and provides basisfor later writing.Moreover, the knowledge staff group inside the enterprise is divided into two categories,they are symmetrical knowledge group and asymmetrical knowledge group, a long timeevolution process for the two types of knowledge sharing were detailed analyzed by using thereplicated dynamic model under the condition of bounded rationality, the mechanism and pathof the two types of knowledge sharing are also explored. According to the evolutionarily stable strategy under the equilibrium state, this paper points that knowledge sharing is along-term problem, and "free-rider" problem can be easily appeared. So companies shouldprovide positive atmosphere and improved incentive mechanism for the employees to shareknowledge.Finally, this paper carries out to explore the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharinginside the enterprise. Incentive mechanism models based on knowledge output effect andfairness psychological effect are created respectively under the premise of participantsself-interest preference and fairness preference. Then this paper puts forward correspondingincentive strategies and measures according to the conclusion of incentive mechanism modelin order to provide certain decision basis for enterprise management, encourage members toachieve knowledge sharing equilibrium strategies, and finally realize the win-win situation ofenterprise and employee.
