Under the circumstances of knowledge economy, the Words that an innovative country and innovative cities, innovative organizations and innovative teams are so familiar for us, and the concept of innovation is increasingly attracting the attention of academia, business and politics. Innovation is important way to improve the core competitiveness of any organization, and it is also a key element of the organization in long-term survival and development. Bernack indicate that the study of organizational innovation climate is a first stop of organizational innovation research. Since the1990s, peoples are paying more and more attention to the theory and practice research of organizational innovation climate.In the context of the knowledge-based economy, knowledge management for the management of the enterprise is becoming more and more important in the field of practice management within the enterprise knowledge management process found in knowledge management to enhance team effectiveness and competitive advantagegrab plays an irreplaceable role. In knowledge management, knowledge sharing individual knowledge can be elevated to the collective knowledge of the team, and be able to reconstruct the knowledge to stimulate new knowledge, is conducive to the maximum to enhance team effectiveness, knowledge sharing performance improvement team plays the central role of knowledge sharing is becoming an important topic in academic research team effectiveness direction. This paper mainly discusses the organizational innovation climate to influences the team performance, and introduces the knowledge sharing as intermediary variables, the following conclusions:First, in this paper, through data analysis, writer research the relationship between organizational innovation climate and knowledge sharing, after a study we can found that in the correlation research, organizational innovation climate there are more correlating with organizational support, leadership and colleagues support dimension,but obviously negative correlation with contribution to the knowledge.Second, introducing knowledge sharing the intermediary variable, to study relationship between knowledge sharing and team effectiveness.From correlation study found that the correlation dimension of knowledge sharing in knowledge contribution and team effectiveness significantly, but had no significant correlation between knowledge absorption negative correlation at the same time.Third, the mediation role analysis. Research on knowledge sharing the intermediary variable analysis, we draw the following conclusions:support for knowledge sharing in organization, leadership and colleagues support plays an intermediary role.Diction in the analysis of the knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role, but in the organization innovation atmosphere and team performance is part of the intermediary effect, but is not completely mediating role.(3) through the related analysis was carried out on the knowledge sharing, we find that the real mediation role in knowledge sharing is knowledge contribution, rather than including knowledge contribution and knowledge absorption, absorption has negative correlation found in the study knowledge, can with the integration of the two dimensions of form, found knowledge absorption will weaken the role of knowledge sharing.Fourth, feedback effects analysis. Team effectiveness is also feedback on organization innovation atmosphere has played a positive role.Team performance feedback on organization innovation atmosphere effect, the difference is not big, the action of the three dimensions of feedback according to the regression model, and we can see the biggest team effectiveness support feedback effect on work colleagues.Fifth, the comparative analysis. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis we can find that, in the process of improving team performance and organization innovation atmosphere of the three variables of organizational support, leadership and colleagues support is positively related to team performance ascension have effect, but through correlation analysis we can find colleagues support and team effectiveness is the most significant correlation, the most prominent to the promotion of team effectiveness.
