The Research Of Tourism Enterprise Development Based On The Perspective Of Industrial Integration

With the rapid development of information and technology, many new industriesexceeded the traditional industry classification system, and industrial integrationbecame the trend of modern industrial development. Nowadays, the industrialintegration is a new industrial development model, which is no longer just theintegration within a particular industry, not just the IT industry penetration totraditional industries, but merging multiple industries. Under the impact ofglobalization, the rapid development of industry convergence has contributed to theintegration of tourism industry, and the tourism industry has also developed variousnew models of integration since the end of the last century.In recent years, the tourism industry integration becomes the research focus ofexperts and scholars in the tourism industry, but mostly to study the integration of aspecific industry and tourism industry, and lacks research aimed at tourism enterprisesin the industrial integration perspective. The foothold of this article is based on thetourism enterprises as the research object. This paper tries to study the development oftourism enterprises and sum up the development models of tourism enterprises in theindustrial integration perspective. And it analyzes the development advantage throughempirical research, proposes targeted management recommendations. The wholepaper is divided into six parts.The first part is the preface. It mainly discusses the research background is thepromotion of industrial integration trends. Its foothold is the development of tourismenterprises in the context of industrial integration. Its theoretical significance of thestudy is to enrich and deepen the academic empirical studies of development oftourism enterprises in the industrial integration perspective. Its practical significanceof the study is applied the theoretical knowledge to the actual analysis of the problem,which is conducive to guide tourism enterprises to improve the level of industrial competitiveness, to enhance the strength of tourism enterprises, and to provide acertain application reference value for promoting a stable and orderly development ofthe tourism industry. And it elaborates research ideas and research methods of thispaper.The second part is the relevant theoretical basis and review. It summaries theoriesof the industrial integration and the innovation, and the related concepts of tourismenterprise. On the basis of summarizing relevant literature, it sums up the domesticand international industrial fusion theory research, tourism industrial integration, aswell as domestic tourism enterprises research in order to lay the theoretical foundationfor the discussion below.The third part is the development analysis of Chinese tourism industry fusion. Itanalyzes the current development situation of Chinese tourism industry, sums thedevelopment models of tourism enterprises based on industry integration, and thustakes the integration model of technology penetration as an example, the onlinetourism enterprises, a typical representative of integration model of technologypenetration. It uses factor analysis method to get the satisfaction degree of onlinetourism enterprises and traditional tourism enterprises, in order to verify thedevelopment situation of online tourism enterprises by means of the technologypenetration fusion mode.The fourth part is analyzing the development advantages of tourism enterprisesbased on the industrial integration. It selects four representative tourism listedcompanies based on the development of industrial integration as samples. By meansof analyzing the relationship between entropy index and the operating profit ratio tostudy its development advantages of tourism enterprises based on the industrialintegration.The fifth part is the development strategy of tourism enterprises based onindustrial integration perspective. On the basis of empirical research and analysis, itputs forward the development strategy of tourism enterprises according to the research conclusions, from the view of the government and the tourism enterprises, soas to provide reference for scholars or the relevant departments.The sixth part is the conclusion. It summarizes research results, and points outresearch shortages and prospects.The focus of this paper is, on the basis of the development status of Chinesetourism industry and development models of tourism enterprises, to explore thedevelopment situation and development advantages of tourism enterprises based onindustry integration through empirical analysis, which makes managementrecommendations for government and tourism enterprises.The innovation point of this paper is to conduct empirical study at thedevelopment of tourism enterprises in the industrial integration perspective, toanalyze and compare the development status of the online tourism enterprises in thefusion mode of technology penetration through factor analysis, to evaluate theindustrial integration level of listed tourism enterprises via entropy index, to obtainthe development advantages of tourism enterprises based on industrial integration bythe relationship between entropy index and the operating profit ratio, and then topropose a targeted strategy in view of the above.
