| A series of studies on the theories and practices of the international shipping center and shipping finance have been widely conducted both at home and abroad. On the basis of reviewing the studies, useful experience and inspiration were summarized to supply some reference on the construction of the Qingdao Shipping center and financing service in this paper.The concept, connotation, mechanism and function of the shipping finance were settled in this paper. The formation and features of the service system of shipping finance were summarized, and then its development trend was predicted. According to the Chinese ecological environment of finance, the application of macro-control policies and its impacts on the shipping finance were reviewed and analyzed. Five corresponding suggestions were proposed on the related reactions of the commercial banks.The history and general situation of the important domestic and international shipping center and their shipping financial development were reorganized and analyzed. The next points were pointed out:the development of international shipping and shipping finance was more and more significant; on the formation process of international shipping center, the strong support of government and help of shipping finance has played a catalytic role irreplaceable. On the process of Chinese International shipping center construction, that is worthy of attention, and actively study and vigorously promotion.Some related issues of the Qingdao shipping center and financing service were researched by using the SWOT analysis method. The advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and the challenges were analyzed in detail. On the basis of the SWOT analysis, the development target, orientation, approach and strategy of Qingdao Port and its financial service were studied. It is pointed out that the Qingdao port and shipping industry has obvious advantages, and encounters opportunity of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, and SO strategy of combinations should be the preferred strategy. But the service differentiation on Qingdao shipping finance is obvious, therefore maritime financial services construction should be vigorously strengthened.Based on the reality of the Qingdao shipping enterprises’foundation and development trend, the financial services product design plan are discussed. The design objectives, strategy selection and implementation modalities were given. The goal is to realize the capitalization of resource, assets and future value by funds supply, funds guidance, and information catalysis, thus promoting greater development of the shipping industry. Flexible product strategy should be taken according to the different stages of port development. Pluralistic financing, asset management, and supply chain finance are the main embodiment.As shipping enterprises in Qingdao for clients, new ideas of shipping finance services, new model program design and implementation of the program were discussed in the economic globalization and economic financial era. Four project finance cases were listed that Qingdao Branch of China Communications Bank supply services to the shipping enterprises in Qingdao. Under the reality of national credit control background, breaking the traditional cooperation model between the shipping finance companies and the financial industry, new models were boldly explored on cooperation between trust companies and banks, asset management and direct financing to achieve a win-win situation between banks. Electronic cashless payment platform-building programs try new forms of electronic collaboration platform and improve the electronic level. It is safe, efficient and low cost, which enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and market reputation. |
