In the era of knowledge economics,market environment is changing rapidly.Preferences of consumers’ demands are also changing. Competition betweenenterprises is dynamically changing environment, which posed a great challenge tothe continued operation and development of enterprises. The original business modelin the enterprise after a relatively stable stage of competition, has both proved it’sdisadvantages and affected the growth of firms. It’s facing a qualitative change. Howto transition to a new, more competitive business model determines the enterprise’ssurvival and development in the future. Enterprise founders are acutely aware of theuse of the opportunity of business model innovation to create more value.The research on business model of domestic and international theorists focusedon different subject perspectives,either from a strategic management, e-commerce,or technological innovation and knowledge management. But the business modelinnovation theory system has not yet so mature, there are more worthy of in-depthstudy and exploration of the topic. Business model innovation management is a newresearching field. At present, for most Chinese enterprises, the carries on the businessmodel innovation is widespread with blindness, mechanical and discontinuityproblems, rather than as an organizational innovation management activities under thetheoretical guidance. Business model innovation is a creative activity, a dynamicprocess, rather than a static process, which is a cycle; we will contact continuous trialand errors, sum up the effective to "discipline". In the process, the enterprise mustcarry on the business model innovation management effectively; form a unifiedbusiness model innovation management system. This paper draws lessons from theexisting researches on business model innovation theory, and attempts to make thebusiness model innovation better reflect management thinking from the perspective ofstakeholders and building organizational capacity. Deepen the understanding ofbusiness model innovation in enterprises, rich the existing theoretical system, in orderto be able to provide a clear and viable thinking about business model for enterprises. This article embarked from the stakeholders benefit claims and builds ability oforganization as the breakthrough point. It states the interactions between enterprisestakeholders in business model innovation management, including internalstakeholders, external stakeholders and enterprises. It also states business modelinnovation can achieve mechanism of cooperation and mutual benefits betweenenterprise stakeholders. It analyzes how they push forward business model innovation,embodied stakeholder management manners and methods in business modelinnovation enterprise. The writer modified PDCA management cycle method, andused in this article about innovation management. Trying to build business modelinnovation management system based on the theory of the stakeholder, including fourparts: innovation plan management, execution management, inspection managementand Standardized procedures.
