Research On The Capacity Of Sustainable Development Evaluation Of Qinghai’s Resources-oriented Industrial Cluster

The sustainable development of regional key resources is an important content inthe research of regional economics. Industrial cluster is a new angel of view in theanalysis of regional economic development and formulate corresponding policies aswell as a new mode of thinking for promoting the development of regional economy.As the backbone of the economy, the sustainable development of Qinghairesources-oriented industrial clusters concerns the whole economic sustainabledevelopment.In the current context of fully apply the scientific outlook on development andpromote the sustainable development, combining the actual conditions of QinghaiProvince, this paper selects the resources-oriented industrial clusters as the researchobject, attempts to evaluate its sustainable development capacity, analyzing theiradvantages and disadvantages, and expects this can provide a reference analysisframework for other types of industrial clusters in Qinghai province. I hope this papercan play a certain role in the reality, especially for the government, to provideeffective references to formulate the scientific, reasonable, effective regional industrydevelopment policies, and to contribute to a force for a green and sustainableeconomic development of Qinghai province.Using the literature research method, theoretical and empirical research methods,in the premise of data can-be-collected, this paper constructs an index evaluationsystem for the evaluation of sustainable development ability of the resources-orientedindustrial clusters in Qinghai Province, from the four aspects the industrialdevelopment ability, the natural resources supply ability, the technology innovationability and the development of environmental capacity; On the basis of the entropymethod, the paper establishes an mathematical evaluation model, and using the modelto do an empirical analysis of the Qinghai Saline-Lake characteristic industry cluster’ssustainable development ability. In addition, the paper applies MATLAB to createapplication software which based on the entropy method, in order to facilitate the datacalculation and enhance this method practical.
