The economic globalization trend and market competition are increasing in recent years. It puts forward new requirements for the management of domestic enterprises, especially for SMEs (short for Small and Medium Enterprises). Only focus on their own production and extensive management, manufacturing enterprises can not be able to meet the requirements of the new environment. The market environment of many industries home has become extremely severe, after the financial crisis of2008. Industry research report shows that the production of the one-time-battery in China increased by3.38%in2011, while by2012, the production decreased by1.45%, only about27.934billion. Although the sale income of battery industry has a slight growth, the increase has been very slow. Mercury-free alkaline as a important raw materials of battery, the enterprise for producing it facing a deteriorating environment. Therefore, the SMEs must unite together, constantly optimize their management, improve the quality of product, and reduce the cost of production in the case of negative environment. On the way through the supply chain integration, downstream businesses have formed a strategic alliance to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises force to gain advantage in a harsh environment, to ensure the long-term development of the enterprise.TO get the GEC as study object of the paper, supported by the theory of supply chain integration and enterprise business process reengineering. On the base of the actual situation of GEC, to analyze the issues in serious backing of inventory and procurement management confusion, and the cause of these problems——weak management capacity, management philosophy behind the deep—seated reasons, and eventually propose the idea of supply chain integration&business process reengineering for GEC. GEC must break the existing organizational structure, guarantee the integration of the supply chain by organizational reform, through inventory demand forecasting and the reform of procurement inventory management reforms to strengthen procurement capacity. Thus, improving the reaction speed of the external market, reduce business operating costs, to achieve the integration of the supply chain, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, the study also proposed a set of index system to evaluate the performance of the business process reengineering of GEC and supply chain integration benefits to GEC.
