Enterprises should know the marked demand accurately and timely to guide the manufacturing activities, and also to create large value and get advanced position in the market competition. Therefore, more and more enterprises realized the most important way to improve core competitive ability is to set up scientific and efficient supply-chain system. Based on a large quantity of research and practice, the management p hilosophy of supply-chain is expanded to different enterprises in an industry chain, which enhances the communication and cooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises. A network of information flow, logistics and capital flow is set up from supplier to producer and finally to the terminal users. However, enterprises have to set up a highly efficient inner supply-chain manage system, if they want to expand an outside supply chain.This passage takes the example of HS Company, which is a private enterprise produced elevator accessories. The company’s old production flow is somewhat muddled. All the links of raw materials purchase, production and logistics didn’t fit together, which restricted the company’s development. Therefore, in order to improve productive efficiency, reduce operational cost and strengthen comprehensive competitiveness, the company was urgently in need of the improvement for its inner supply chain management.Research object of this article is HS Company’s inner supply chain, which is based on the theory of supply chain management, and uses SCOR model as research tool. The article aims at improving efficiency and lowering cost, and the core content covers purchase management, production management and delivering management. We found the existed problems of HS Company’s inner supply-chain management, and reconstructed the frame of its inner supply-chain management. Based on that, we designed the organization structure and workflow, and put forward the optimized strategy of HS Company’s inner supply management to form a coordinated mechanism with the core of information circulation, and realized the integrated management of inner supply chain. Meanwhile, we aim to enhance the communication and cooperation among the relevant depa rtments in the supply chain, which is helpful to improve HS Company’s capacity of management.Based on the improvement of HS Company’s inner supply chain, HS Company can respond the market demand rapidly, catch the demand of both market and consumers accurately, and improve the efficiency of all links of orders management, raw materials purchase, production arrangement, inventory and logistics management and orders delivery. Sales and production cycles shorten, and the operational efficiency is improved.
