Study On Purchasing Process Optimization Of Supply Chain Management In The Context Of Ns Company Business Transformation

In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the research of supply chain management.Moreover,many enterprises have seen setting up a procurement management mode based on supply chain environment as a company's strategic goal.How to apply supply chain management,choose the appropriate procurement mode and establish standardized and effective process program have become the key to maximize the advantages of supply chain management.This paper takes NS company,who is in the process of independent production transformation,as an example,known from the analysis,the problem of the application of the original supply chain and procurement management system has not been solved,which will become an obstacle to the transformation and development of the company.The author will study the optimization of procurement based on supply chain management,the company's production pattern recognition,matching of supply chain response mechanism for the company to find procurement problems and analyze and solve the supplier development process,more professional,more strict supplier management process,and ultimately improve the competitiveness of the industry.
