In the era of rapid development of the socio-economic and information technology, the competitive among the enterprises is increasingly. G as a financial large state-owned enterprises, whose staff turnover became much more serious. As a result, the recruitment and training costs is increasing, and a series of losses is tobring. Therefore, the analysis of the situation of the loss of personnel, has a very important practical significance.Demand determins motivation,and motivation generations behavior. When demand are not met, the employees will not be satisfied and then resignation. To retain employees, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, this paper based on the research staff turnover theory, under the guidance of the "two-factor" theory and equity theory, the use of factor analysis, the mean value of the G Petroleum financial staff survey results were analyzed to find the factors of the impact of staff turnover. After analyzed, several reasons were found, such as salaries and benefits unscientific, work pressure is too large, the lack of humanity in the financial accounting system, the lack of enterprise culture construction, promotion channel single, rigid recruitment mechanism, evaluation and incentive mechanism is not implemented in place. And then, proposals are provided, included improving the pay and benefits, reducing the pressure of work, flexible financial accounting system, building a corporate culture and accounting culture, broaden the promotion channel, improving the recruitment mechanism, and implementation of the evaluation and incentive mechanism. This paper has guiding significance to company’s human resources management and team building.
