Determine the outlets address which is suitableto carry courier service based on the urban express principle of distribution network,combine with social political, urban economic and environment Etc, and use thequalitative analysis. Then, establish meet all the needs of the outlets location model onthe basis of location theory and common location model, combine with the preliminarysite planning, and to solve it use GA. Meanwhile, establish meet all the needs of thelocation model combined with customer service satisfaction, and solve it use GA. Thepassage use the example Nan’an district, Chongqing. Determine the distribution outletslayout based on the preliminary site and outlets location model.This paper provides a systematic research method on the layout of urban express.And, according to the example and results contrast, verify the feasibility of the research.These will provide some theoretical support and practice on the express deliverycompany development healthy and orderly in the urban market.
