In the knowledge-based economy ages, the employee of the enterprise, especially the core employee, is the creator and uniquely carrier of the core competencies of the enterprise. But the core talented person's present condition of Chinese enterprise is awful. If the Chinese enterprises want to adapt the present international competition environment and retain the competitive advantage, they must set up the succession plan of core talented person, cultivate and manage the core talented person of enterprises, enhance the sustaining competition ability of Chinese enterprises.On the basic of the review about the research of the core talented person and the succession plan, this dissertation mainly studies how to actualize the succession plan of core talented person in Chinese enterprises. Firstly, this dissertation demonstrates the relativity of the succession plan of core talented person and shaping the sustaining competition ability through constructing one model. Chinese enterprises should have the consciousness of succession of the core talented persons. Secondly, it explains the program of the succession plan of core talented persons. It must be emphasized that the valuation of key post and the competency model should be used in the succession plan of core talented person. Then it apperceives the existent problems of the succession plan of core talented person in Chinese enterprises. Further more, it analyzes the cause of formation of the existent problems. Finally, it probes into how to set up the succession plan of core talented person in Chinese enterprises. The countermeasures include: intensifying the consciousness of succession; optimizing the procedure of the succession plan of core talented person; making good use of the tool; bringing into effect step by step; dynamic management. This text makes use of the research method that the theoretical study combines with the demonstration study. This text not only has the concrete theoretical foundation, but also provides the actual guidance for the Chinese enterprise in setting up the succession plan of core talented person. So that this study has the important academic meaning and practical meaning.
