With the implementing of the reform and opening-up policy and the high-speed development of economy, our country has already put the development logistics industry into the Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. And the modern logistics industry has been confirmed as the new point for source of economic growth of Chinese National Economy and the economy development. After joining WTO, along with the falling of economy admittance qualification, more and more large multinational company had entered into the Chinese commerce market. And so, logistics business enterprise in our country will be faced the serious competition and challenge.The human resource is the first resource for enterprise, the competition between logistics business enterprises has been already an undisputable fact. However, the present condition of our country logistics also has lots of problem. Firstly, the total amount of the talented person isn't enough, that can't satisfy a business enterprise's need. Secondly, the vehemence competition results in the flow of talented person frequently. And because the loss of talented person, many logistics business enterprises have to be faced the crisis of losing talented person. Facing this condition, strengthen the management of talented person, supervise and control logistics loss of talented people, stabilize the logistics talented person's troops, have became one of the important mission of the human resource management of the logistics business enterprise. This will have a very important realistic meaning for raising the core competencies of the logistics business enterprise and the strategy of sustainable development.For this problem, the paper guided by encouraging theory and Human Resource Management theory has expounded the logistics enterprise brain drain thoroughly. Through analyzing the reason of losing talented people in ARIP, this paper gives the countermeasure for the losing talented people. The research method, research way of thinking and conclusions in this paper has the reference meaning for other logistics business enterprise to solve the problem of brain drain.
