Along with the changing external environment, the competition between theenterprises has more and more fierce, and it has evolved as the core ability ofcompetition, and the core capability of enterprise competition is mainly for thetalented person. Enterprise for staff training plays a very important role, and hasreached the enterprise development strategic height. Enterprise has come to realizethat staff training for the importance of development and has begun to make stafftraining as the enterprise human capital investment’s indispensable part.In this paper, at first the human resource system staff training managementsituation at home and abroad are analyzed, and puts forward the main researchmethods used in this paper: the literature retrieval method, questionnaire surveymethod,case analysis and depth interview method. And the main content of thisarticle made a brief summary. Then, this paper expounds the staff trainingmanagement theoretical basis, mainly to staff training management connotation,purpose, system design, significance and so on were discussed,and the current humanresources management of the new trend of the expected.The key part of the thesis, mainly according to the actual situation of RXcompany, questionnaire and depth interview on the basis of RX company employeetraining and development of the investigation, and based on the investigation foundthat the problem, and analysis the reason of the existence of the problem.RX companytraining management exist five problems, no scientific training needs analysis,training object does not just, the training content is too single, training budget notenough investment, training effect evaluation is not comprehensive. Of reasonscausing the issue mainly includes two, one is the RX company leaders don’t payattention to, and the second is training related professional talent development lag. Inthe study on the basis of analysis, proposes the RX company staff trainingmanagement optimization strategy. Namely RX company in new employees shouldbe pre-job training time and content of adjustment, sets up the correct trainingphilosophy, a serious analysis of training needs, correct choice training object and payattention to the company human resource to the whole development, enrich thetraining content, scientific assessment training effect, establishing training evaluationand training to improve dynamic propulsion mechanism, innovative talents training and development system. Finally, the author also put forward RX company stafftraining management optimization strategy for a better implementation of the securitysystem. Mainly includes the enterprise leadership to training optimization scheme ofunderstanding and support, guide the masses of staff training optimization scheme tothe expectation, improve staff training input costs, training and development hardwareand software security, system and culture security.
