In the era of knowledge economy explosion,human capital has developed into the first capital,the long-term development of an enterprise depends on the position of human resources in the enterprise,the human resource training plays an irreplaceable role in the strategic development of enterprise.The main purpose of the human resource is through the training the employee not only can improve the knowledge and skills,but also for the company it can increase employees' sense of identity to the enterprise,the value of human resource get the maximized realize on this basis.The training of employee as a important side of investment in human capital of the company,is an indispensable of the enterprise,but learning the importance of the human resource is only a beginning,to construct the training pattern which suits the enterprise development can really get the good training result,the comprehensive quality of employee get improved,the competitiveness of the enterprise get the increase,finally the strategic goal of the enterprise can be achieved.With the development of the scale of the L company,the company's existing training model has been difficult to adapt to the development of the times and innovative talent requirements,the training has little effect,has been unable to meet the needs of growing enterprise.In order to dealing with the changing markets,achieve sustainable development of the company,maintain the market share of L company,L company attaches great importance to employee training,grasp the law of staff training in practice,optimize employee training model.This paper is based on the reference of the existing training mode of small and medium-sized enterprises,combined with the theoretical research of training model,to analyze the existing problems and causes of L company as the entry point,deconstruct the training model of L company and propose the optimization strategy for the company,including improve the training content?change the training concept?enrich the training methods and so on.In order to better understand the real situation of staff training,get the firsthand information,questionnaires and employee interviews were used in the survey,to ensure that the theoretical research in this paper is closely related to the actual situation,the optimization of the final training mode provides reference for the talent development and training of L company,it has great practical significance.
