Investigation And Analysis On The Impact Factors Of Transfer Employment Of Rural Labor At Fuhai County

Since the large-scale development of the western regions, the rural economy at FuhaiCounty has undergone a tremendous change. The income of farmers and their livingstandards has been greatly improved, but there is a big gap to bring about a comprehensivewell-off society and building a new socialist countryside. Employment is vital to people’slivelihood. What’s more the vigorous development of non-agricultural industries creates alarge number of non-farm jobs and opportunities. There are important initiatives to solve theproblem of rural labor employment at Fuhai County, but also to build a new socialistcountryside and overall urban-rural development.This article is based on the "push-pull" theory and duality economic theory, Carrying onthe analysis of the characteristics and the outstanding problems of rural labor transferemployment at Fuhai County, then conduct a study about economy, social systems,laborselves and government regulatory services which are the four aspects of rural labortransfer employment at Fuhai County by the Logistic model. The results show that theurbanization level, social security system, cultural quality of the labor force andcommunication skills are the major factors. Finally put forward feasible suggestions.
