Study On Triple Play Business Model And Implementation Strategy Based On Industry Chain Integration

China’s triple play is in the promotion stage at present,broadcasting andtelecommunications industry is undergoing significant strategic transformation, thoughfacing a lot of problems in the development process, the core problem is that theproblem of the industrial chain integration and business model, leading to market has noindustrial scale that expected. Therefore, this paper will study the triple play businessmodel that has important practical significance.Firstly, based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research situation aboutthedevelopment of China’s triple play, triple play regulatory model, and business model,the deficiency and future research direction is put forward.Secondly, based on explaining the related theory of business model, deciding thedefinition of business model, analyzing the functions and component of business model,comparing the five main china business model models of triple play,includedHarbinmode、Henan mode、Shanghai Mode and Jiangsu model.Thirdly,Tothe existing problems in the development of triple play in china, thenanalyzes the target market and construct the industrial chain integration model,analysesits function detailedly,then divide theindustrial chain into three parts,include the trunkchain、the support chain and the payment chain. On this base, triple play business modelgeneral frameworkis put forward, thenanalysis the business model, profit model,organizational model, regulatory approach, payment mode, and industry access modedetaily.Finally, the key strategies are put forwardin the development process of the tripleplay,including the industrial chain cooperation strategies and pricing strategies;thenconstructed the evaluation index system of triple play business,including the value ofthe three dimensions of the triple play business model evaluation model economic valueindex,customer value index,strategic index,then use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy processevaluation method to evaluate; Chongqing triple play services implemented as anapplication object,analyzes the development status and problems of Chongqing tripleplay;the paper makes the triple play of Chongqing as the object of application. Thepresent situation and existing problems of the triple play of Chongqing are analyzed，then the mode of the triple play dominated by mobile operators that is put forward inthis paper is applied in the triple play of Chongqing,presents a preliminary business model in Chongqing triple play and analyze the expected effect of the application.
