Nowadays, with rapid development of China modern mobile communication network and mobile internet device technologies, Mobile digital TV is called "the fifth media" with an outstanding feature, which not only has a great impact on people’s lives, also plays a vital role in media field. When mobile TV was launched, the framework of media industry has been changed and enters into a brand-new era. In this new framework, tipple-play takes off in China, which offer mobile TV a great development opportunity along with many challenges. After tipple-play kicks off, capital investment for Mobile-TV is increasing, market share for Mobile TV is expanding due to increasing of Mobile-TV user scale, meanwhile the improvement and development of Mobile TV service is taking place, and the high usage of information carrier comes true. However opportunity also comes with challenge, in the process of development of Mobile TV, Mobil TV has to face a dozens of serious problems, such as profession barrier and the policy gap between broad communication and telecommunication, lack of programs, short of profit model etc. How to solve those problems and come to a mature Mobile TV business model, in order to assist China Mobile TV developing healthily and rapidly, which has already became to be a hot issues focused by relative industries and scholars. However, there is only a few research papers relative to this hot topic, that the study of emerges of the new business mode of Mobil TV and relative hot topic after launching tipple-play convergence. Therefore, base on situation of tipple-play convergence, this article aims to explore the problems existed in the process of mobile-TV development by analyzing the current development situation of mobile-TV under tipple-play, analyzes the impact of macroscopic and the microscopic environment under tipple-play on Mobil TV the business model, using overseas successful case study as a good reference, based on analyzing and contract present three different mainstream Mobile TV business model, the paper presents two brand-new business models, and making a few of strategic suggestions for further development of Mobile TV business model.
