Co-Competition Relationship Research Between Different Members Among Mobilemusic Industrial Chain

This paper mainly uses game theory to study the co-competition relationship between different members among mobile music industrial chain.By means of literature review and in-depth interview, the author firstly builds an in-depth exploration of mobile music industry chain related research, including describing status quo of mobile music industrial chain, building a suitable structure for mobile music industrial chain and figuring out the detail relationship between different members among mobile music industrial chain.Secondly, the author builds three co-competition game model to analyze three kinds of relationship (between content provider and service provider, between service provider and telecom operator, between telecom operator and internet operator). Based on the Mathematical results, combing with historical development of mobile music industry to make an empirical study.At last, the author makes a simple prediction of industry development and gives different members some strategic advices.All in all,this paper mainly has four conclusions:1.The probability of the upstream players and downstream players among industry chain choose cooperation is inversely proportional to cost invested by both players;2.In specific industry environment, the optimal coefficient of profit distribution exists between the upstream players and downstream players among industry chain;3.Internet operator has obvious first-mover advantage within the co-competition relationship between telecom operator and internet operator while telecom operator has obvious cost advantage;4.Optimal profit of both sides of game is decided by discourse power among industry.
