There was significant difference with the function of gender, education background, job grade, support for the elderly, daily work time and commuter time.(2) More than half of the employees’ work-family conflict was at middle level. Work-interference-family (WIF) was higher than Family-interference-work (FIW). There was significant difference with the function of gender, age, education background, job grade, years of working, monthly income and marital status. The interaction effect of years of work and position was significantly different in economic commitment.(4) Time management disposition was significantly related to organizational commitment. It had a negative correlation with FIW, but not significantly related to WIF. Organizational commitment had a positive correlation with FIW, but not significantly related to WIF.(5) Time management disposition had significantly predictive effect on organizational commitment. It can significantly negatively predict family-interference-work as well. In addition, time management disposition and FIW had distinctly predictive effect on organizational commitment.
