The Effect Of The Rural Land Transfer On Farmer’s Income

Rural land transfer system is an important institutional arrangement in the ruralareas,which could surplus rural labor force, promote scale management of agriculture,develop the country’s subsistence agriculture and change the mode of inefficiency, low-levelagricultural production economic development;could lay the physical basis and materialfoundation for urban and rural integration. With China’s social and economic development,land transfer continuously required, the effect that land transfer reflected in farmers’ incomeis becoming more and more obvious.How is the effect in different areas? How to promotereasonable proposals for improving farmers’ income?And it is the purpose of this study.This paper chooses factors which affect the farmers income in the process of rural landtransfer, construct multiple regression model in the perspective of Shaanbei, Guanzhong,Shaannan and from the perspective of grain production county, Non-grain production county,and return to different impact of factors between different regions,to have comparativeanalysis and to put forward suggestions to increase farmers’ income.The main contents and conclusions:(1) Through descriptive statistical analysis of surveydata, the transfer of rural land and farmers’ income status is very different in different areas ofShaanxi province.(2) After quantitative analysis,the effect of rural land transfer to farmer’sincome is different in different areas too.(3) Comparatively speaking, Non-agriculturalincome, type of households, the growth degree of the land market and non-agricultural jobsare same points in different regions.But other factors are different. Finally, using experienceof other province for reference and combined with farmer’s income expectation, measures areput forward as follows:(1)Integral suggestions are vigorously develop the localeconomy,increase the local employment opportunities, advance subsidy standard,Establishand perfect the rural land market system.(2)Suggestions for Shaanbei are improve the ruralsocial security system and the technology level of farmers, increase the area of landtransferred.(3)Suggestions for Guanzhong are introduce agricultural enterprises, establishlabor intermediary organizations.(4)Suggestions for Shaannan are introduce agriculturalenterprises,increase the local employment opportunities,improve the rural social securitysystem.(5)Suggestions for grain production county are establish and perfect the rural land market system, advance subsidy standard,develop the local economy, improve the rural socialsecurity system.(6)Suggestions for non-grain production county are improve the rural socialsecurity system,introduce agricultural enterprises,improve the employment quality of thelocal farmers.
