Research On The Status And Enhance About Scientific And Technological Contribution Rate Of Economic Growth Of Lu’an

Lu’an city is located in the west of Anhui province,where the economicdevelopment level is low and the technical structure is primary. After more thanten years of development, Lu’an has achieved an evident improvement incomprehensive strength, a boost in industry, a fast growth in agriculture, and arapid rise in commerce and trade economy.At the same time, the economicdevelopment in Lu’an still has some problems, which mainly display in overallirrational industrial structure, unconspicuous leading industry, insufficientresources of science and technology,less employ of advanced technology and so on.Based on the scientific and technological theory and the related theory ofeconomic growth, this paper analyzes the present staus of the progress of scienceand technology and the situation of the economic development l ofLu’an.Combiring the "C-D production function" with "Solow residual valuemethod”,we get the measure of the contribution of science and technology. Usingthe factor analysis method to analyze how scientific and technological progress hasan effect on the contribution rate of economic growth.Finally,we put forwardrelevant policy suggestions. This research helps to fully understand the status anddevelopment trend of science technology development, rightly evaluate thequality of the economic growth, and provide the decision-making basis ofscientific macroeconomic management for some related government departments.
