China is one of the earliest wine producing country in the world. It has a longhistory of wine culture, wine is called the fifth great inventions of China. With thecontinuous development of wine industry in our country and increasingly matureconsumer market, the influx of foreign wine drinks, wine-making industry is in theincreasingly fierce market competition. In all kinds of enterprises, the listed company isin the operation of China’s economy in the development of competitive groups,represents the advantages of industry forces. Improve the quality of listed companies isto enhance the capital market attractiveness and vitality, give full play to the key to thecapital market to optimize resource allocation function, to promote sustained andhealthy development of national economy has important significance. Enterprises wantto win in the competition market, achieve the sustainable development enterprise, thekey is to build the competitiveness of enterprises.Gansu three wine as the main business of the listed company, this paper aims tothrough the liquor-making industry in Gansu province listed companies compared withthe industry all the listed companies, on the basis of predecessors research, andinfluencing factors of enterprise competitiveness theory have more matureunderstanding, from the perspective of enterprise value chain, to establish suitable forliquor-making industry competitiveness evaluation index system of listed companies,and to evaluate all the liquor-making industry listed companies. According to the resultsof the analysis, the article ought to find out three listed companies of wine-makingindustry in Gansu province competitive advantages and disadvantages.In this paper, the main conclusions are:(1) The indicators of enterprisecompetitiveness, mutual connection,restrict each other between the enterprise’s financialability and enterprise in the marketing, human resources, management capability andtechnological innovation ability, the lack of corporate profitability is the enterprisemarket marketing ability is weak, the embodiment of the factors such as inadequateinvestment;(2) the wine industry in gansu province three listed companies have arelatively low level of overall competitiveness, the enterprise comparative advantage isnot obvious, the Yellow River in lanzhou, emperor Taiwan liquor sold on the marketability, the enterprise profit ability the competitiveness of the main aspects such as thepoor; MoGao shares reached the same industry average overall competitiveness, assetsoperation ability is good;(3) compared with the industry average, three companies ofmany index is lower, reflecting the enterprise itself in all kinds of ability are relatively weak, the enterprise needs to according to their own situation, make enterpriselong-term development planning, steadily enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
