Research On Cold Chain Logistics Management Of XN Agricultural Products Sales Company

With the rapid development of China's market economy,not only improve people's quality of life,but also makes its demand for frozen food becomes more and more,began to pay more attention to food quality and safety issues,without pollution,safety and diversification of the food has become the favorite of people.In order to better meet the individual needs of consumers,and constantly improve the food industry enterprises in the market competitiveness,timely distribution,food safety and freshness more secure food cold chain logistics came into being,so that it gradually become business focus.And cold chain logistics as a special logistics form,how to control the temperature in the cold chain logistics management to improve the quality of agricultural products and reduce the cost of cold chain logistics has become the questions that need to be solved urgently for a cold chain enterprises.This paper studies the cold chain logistics management of XN agricultural products sales company by means of comparative method,questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis.The internal factor evaluation method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the cold chain logistics management of XN agricultural products sales company.It is concluded that the total weighted score of the internal factors is 2.373348,which is significantly lower than the average level of 2.5 points,indicating that its internal cold chain logistics management level is poor.Shark fin diagram was used to trace the root causes of the problems existing in the internal cold chain logistics management and analyze their causes in depth.Drawing lessons from the successful cases of domestic agricultural cold chain logistics management enterprises,analyzing the business process of their agricultural cold chain logistics management,summarizing the successful experience,and develops agricultural products for XN agricultural products sales company.The cold chain logistics management provides ideas,designs the cold chain logistics management scheme,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures,so as to promote the healthy development of enterprises.
