In today’s global integration, the competition of world market has entered a heated white-hot stage, competition has changed from the competition between enterprise and enterprise tothe competition between supply chain and supply chain, supply chain management hasreceived more and more attention from all walks of life, from the level of supply chainmanagement to improve enterprise and product competition ability continuously upgrade,which the automobile industry because of its complex organizational structure, while both thecapital intensive, technology intensive, labor intensive three characteristics and has becomethe most representative of the industry.In this paper, the selection of supply chain management in FAW-Volkswagen company asresearch content, is divided into five chapters; the first chapter is the introduction, firstintroduced the present situation and development trend of the automotive industry in general;followed by the concept of supply chain, supply chain management, the automotive industrysupply chain in defined; finally introduce FAW-Volkswagen company and its supply chainframework. From the second chapter to the fourth chapter discusses the FAW-VolkswagenCompany management situation, management problems and management strategies, eachchapter from the FAW-Volkswagen Company business flow management, logisticsmanagement, cost control, information and knowledge management four aspects discusses thesegmentation. The fourth chapter through the analysis and summary of the supply chainmanagement strategy of the Toyota Corporation, supply chain management strategy areFAW-VW’s advice. The fifth chapter through the supply chain management rules andexperience summary, in order to supply chain management better application in the enterprise.
