The Research About Chinese Rural Minimum Living Guarantation Fund Management

With the development of China’s market economy and the accelerating process ofurbanization, poverty of rural residents are also increasingly highlighted. Eighteen big reportsof the party put forward to speed up the establishment of urban and rural social securitysystem, rural minimum living security system is an important part of the rural social securitysystem, to alleviate rural poverty, urban and rural development, guarantee the basic livelihoodof farmers has an irreplaceable role, at the same time, building a new socialist countryside isalso the premise and foundation engineering. The rural minimum security system in ourcountry so far, have made certain achievements. But the money is still restricting ruralresidents development "bottleneck " problem. Therefore, to establish the stable financingmechanism and service mechanism is the key guarantee of China rural minimum livelihoodguarantee system development.This paper is to develop a new socialist countryside, building a socialist harmonioussociety as the background, based on the relevant economic theory, to improve the ruralminimum living security system as the goal, to improve the rural minimum living securityfund management history, status quo, future and system makes deep research.
