| As an agricultural country, agriculture is all along put in the first place in China. The importance of agriculture can be unveiled from that the Party Central Committee has released No.1document taking agriculture as its subject for more than a decade. However, many problems exist in the field of agricultural products circulation in China, mainly concentrate in market circulation which results in contradiction between farmers’small scale production and big scale market circulation. There are still huge space for improving the circulation of agricultural and poultry products that are closely related to our lives.Heilongjiang, as a major agricultural province in China, owns a relatively big scale of agricultural and poultry products, but many problems exist in circulation pattern like overmuch links, asymmetry information, orderless channel and inefficient circulation. The writer intends to build a new circulation pattern combining network platform and outlets, hoping to make contribution to build a new circulation of agricultural and poultry products of effective, low cost, and optimized channel in Heilongjiang Province.And it can effectively protect the parties involved in the main body of the distribution of benefits. In order to build the province circulation mode, the pattern taken into account various regional differences in the economy, population, agriculture, transportation and other13regions of Heilongjiang Province, and divided these13regions are into four categories area.The pattern is made by combining network platform and the model of the shop, with third-party logistics as the main circulation. The pattern forms a unified circulation system by means of modern technology and new distribution concepts originally distributed resources integration. This pattern will establish an efficient, low-cost, channel optimization fresh agricultural products circulation mode and make some contribution to Heilongjiang Province. |
