Analysis Of The Endogenous Growth Of Western High-tech Industrial And Its Infuencing Factors

In this paper, we study the endogenous growth condition of western hi-tech industrial based on the systems perspective, and further analyse the influencing factors of high-tech industrial endogenous growth under the systems perspective, through researching of the predecessors’ studies of high and new technology industries. We think that industrial endogenous growth is mainly shown as industrial features in the point of view of system theory of professor Zhang Lin, that is, industrial function is the external performance of the endogenous growth of the industry on the strength that the function is strong, the industrial endogenous growth is strong, or the industrial function is weak, the industrial endogenous growth is weak. Industrial competitiveness is mainly influenced and restricted by industrial factors, industry development environment, industrial structure etc which also exist the interaction between the three mechanisms. So we regard the endogenous growth as the expression of industial function, and select the industry factors, industry structure, industry selection environment three aspects as related factors of influencing industry functions. Then, by using path analysis method, we carry on the empirical analysis of the effect factors of western high-tech industrial endogenous growth.Based on the research of western high-tech industrial endogenous growth, we found that western high-tech industrial endogenous growth is in good condition, but has a downward trend. The empirical results show that the effect between direct aspect and indirect aspect of each variable is quite different on the dependent variable. On the direct effect, the strongest is R&D funds and open environment effect, when fundamental environment impacting on western high-tech industrial endogenous growth is the weakest. In terms of indirect benefits, fundamental environment is the strongest effect, while the influence of industrial structure is the weakest.Finally, we give the suggestions on upgrading the high-tech industrial endogenous growth, and think that the west should focus on strengthening the impetus function from high-tech industry to traditional economic, attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovation ability, continue to maintain steadily increase of high and new technology industrial output; we also think that we should strengthen the research and development industry factor inputs such as funding, person with ability, and maintain the stability of the growth; optimize the knowledge structure of employee; and improve the financing environment; also increase the support of government, improve the fundamental environment of the hi-tech industry.
