The current world 's situation,largely promoted the social economic relations to change because of the global economic integration accelerate.And human resources as one of the most important resource of enterprise survival,how human resource management of workers in enterprises to select talents,cultivating talents,talents play a bigger role,in the material,capital,market and other resource constraints,fully excavate potential talents through human resource management activities,improve enterprise performance and core competence,make the enterprise sustainable growth and development,and this is certainly has a practical significance to study.In the 21 st century,in the current human resources development degree as related to organization strategy means of survival,in the development of an organization occupies the center position.As the author of big trends 2000,John naisbitt and Patricia ABU dean in the point of view,the "global economic prosperity and intensified in the 1990 s,for companies and countries,worthy human resources are the most have a competit ive advantage.The rapid development of global economic competition in the era of information economy,between various enterprises development milestone will be decided by the merits of the human resources management".Development of social economy and the organization of a number of trends and issues has become a rea lity of organizational development environment,and will be significant influence on the career management of the 21 st century.Based on the PICO company as the research object,this paper respectively from two aspects of theory and practice and research is emphasized,the career planning and management method and actual application situation.Firstly,and summarizes the domestic and foreign related research about career planning.Among them,including the concept of career and career planning and manageme nt and related theory,influence factors,career choice and career development phase and related theoretical basis;And then thinking and sums up the enterprise staff career planning influence factors,put forward the enterprise implementation of career planning of the premise condit ion and main task;Combined with related theoretical basis to further study,interview and questionnaire approach to discover,summarizes the current corporate career planning and management of the status quo.And according to t hese practical problems existing in the design the suitable for the career planning and management of this enterprise system.Finally,the author,according to the system from the perspective of organization,establish mechanis ms to establish the system ma tching with employee evaluation,training and development,job rotation,performance evaluation and assessment the competitors,succession planning,etc.,in order to ensure the normal operation of the career management system.This article through to the sum of the career planning and management of g company research,empirical management career planning can effective ly realize the common development of employees and the organization,to achieve a win-win result.At the same time also hope to be able to give similar enterprise staff career planning and management project of the enlightenment and reference to use.
