| Tourism and real estate industry are supporting industry which pull the nationaleconomy, tourism real estate is the product of two industrial blended, it is developingvery rapidly in recent ten years in our country. Currently, however, in the field oftheoretical research, the concept of tourism real estate has not been unified,theconcept of tourism real estate development strategy mode of tourist real estate, therespect such as laws and regulations have not standardized, and there are manytheoretical and practical problems need us to explore and research.This paper based onthe tourism real estate in FengHuang as the research object, through the research andjudgment to its development present situation of the whole tourism real estate inFengHuang, using the combination of theory and practice, data collection andinvestigation of combining the research method and the SWOT analysis method, todiscuss about these problems in depth.This paper first put forward the background and significance of this topics,introduces the theory of tourism real estate research domestic and abroad, select theresearch methods; Secondly analyze the strategy theory of tourism real estatedevelopment. On the basis of defining the connotation of tourism real estate,toSummarize its model,strategy and types of the development in tourism real estate, theprinciples of tourism real estate development and the sustainable development theory;Summarize and analyze the tourism resources in FengHuang for tourism real estatedevelopment relys on, using the SWOT analytical method to discuss its tourism realestate’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in FengHuang; Finally,basedon the theory of tourism real estate development and present study tourism real estatein Fenghuang county, put forward the development strategic measures and thesupporting measure for its tourism real estate development. |
