With the social development and economic growth in China,the vigorous development of tourism,Chinese people to improve the quality of tourism,of leisure life rich demand has not only meet the past simple traditional tourist products and set off a wave of leisure time.The real estate tourism industry industry and the become the domestic tertiary industry strong and value-added association of products with a higher form,real estate industry sights higher margin value of tourism industry in this industry,and tourism combined with a new form of tourism real estate.At present,it has become a hot topic of common concern in the industry,the industry of its standards,theory,planning,policy and some have been completed and the benchmark of the project mixed.Tourism real estate is a branch of the resort in China's development,tourism and real estate in the past twenty years accompanied by the development of the tourism industry and gradually formed and developed.Many developers developed more tourism,real estate,has produced a number of issues,this paper starts from the background and significance of tourism real estate research to explore the objective and content of the research and explains the research methods and ideas and innovations and shortcomings.The second chapter is theoretical part of this paper,reviews the concept,characteristics and classification of tourism real estate,expounds its main theory and the development process and trend of China's tourism real estate.The third chapter focuses on the research of tourism real estate in China,focusing on the development of internal and external factors,and the current market analysis and positioning of tourism real estate market,as well as its prospects.The fourth chapter studies the construction model of tourism real estate,the main point is how to attract the target customer's subjective and objective factors.In the fifth chapter,as a case study,the project location,planning,function analysis,layout,supporting facilities and the operation of the project are analyzed and summarized.To study the interactive relationship between the project and the tourist attractions and the urban area,analyze the characteristics of the development model,and draw the opportunities and challenges faced by the development model in the process of development.
