In the21st century, the challenges that the enterprises faced are change andinnovation、the competition of knowledge、the network and international businessenvironment. In order to keep an invincible position in the competition and acquirelong-term vitality, corporations had to build the core competitiveness. Human resourcewas the most important resource and core competitiveness. More and more corporationspaid more attention to the Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human ResourceDevelopment (HRD). Corporations combined Human Resource Strategy (HRS) withcorporate strategy. So for a corporation, HRM was necessary and important. Thetraditional Human Resource Planning (HRP) could not apply the talented people tocorporation. Corporations needed people who are not only good at learning andcommunicating with others, but also had the correct views of values, self-awareness andsocial roles. Combined with the current situation of GR Corporation, competency modelof GR Corporation was built. The HRS of GR Corporation should be planned soon.Based on theory, analysis about GR Corporation was conducted. This paper wasdivided into six parts. Chapter1gave brief introduction of backGRound、study method、framework of the study and innovation. Chapter2described the related theory of HRMand competency model. In chapter3, the basic information of GR Corporation wasintroduced. The current situation of GR Corporation was analyzed. The method of SWOTanalysis helped GR Corporation make clear the advantages and disadvantages of the GRCorporation. In chapter4, HRP of GR Corporation was done and the competency modelof corporation was constructed. Chapter5listed the retail plan of HR recruitment、stafftraining、performance evaluation and salary administration. Chapter6summarized themain conclusion of the study.HRS of GR Corporation provided more effective methods and standards toperformance evaluation, salary administration and staff training. The competency playedan irreplaceable role in management of enterprise, and made HRM more scientific. Allthese measures would help GR Corporation operate effectively and achieve the goal perfectly.
