Research On The Evaluation Of Regional Technical Innovation Efficiency In Yangtze River Delta Region

Technological innovation is one of the fundamental driving force of the regional economicdevelopment. Studying the theoretical and practical issues of regional technology innovation will bemeaningful for deepen and expand the technological and innovation theory and regional economictheory in china, also it will do well to regional economic construction and technology development.Basing on the achievements of regional technological innovation theory in home and abroad,from the two perspectives of regional innovation and environmental factors and regional technologyinnovation procedural, the paper estimates the efficiency of technological innovation of19provincesand cities in the eastern part. Specifically, the paper analysis the affect of innovation infrastructure, thelevel of market demand, the level of the quality of workers, the financial environment, governmentinvestment in regional technology innovation, then we use three-stage DEA method to exclude theaffect of environmental factors and random error and estimate the efficiency of regional technologicalinnovation. Also, the paper use The Network DEA method to measure the efficiency of thedevelopment process of the regional technical innovation, the innovation efficiency and to considerthe sub-processes the overall efficiency of the process of regional technology innovation. Through theresearch, the paper concludes the following conclusions:(1) The five environmental factors on regional technological innovation are significant isnecessary to eliminate the influence of environmental factors and random error.(2) Considering sub-process between the contact area before and after the technology innovationoverall efficiency, the value decline largely. The main reason for the decline in the overall efficiencyof the eastern region is the low efficiency of the innovation process of economic transformation, andthe main reason for the inefficiency of the central region as a whole is caused by the lower efficiencyof the R&D process.In addition, on the basis of empirical research, the paper also analyzes the various regionaltechnology innovation inefficient and improved focus. Finally, the article prospects the follow-upstudy.
