| At present,China is in a critical period of continuous transformation and integrated development of new and old driving forces,and the term "new economy" is more and more mentioned.There are abundant innovation resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,but there are different levels of innovation among the three regions,and collaborative innovation still faces great challenges.As the founder of high-end cutting-edge technology,emerging industry platform construction and intelligent economic format,the new economy enterprise is an important carrier to realize cohesive innovation and linkage innovation among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and a leader and pacesetter of technological innovation.Therefore,how to improve the technological innovation ability and innovation efficiency of new economy enterprises has become a key problem to be solved urgently.First of all,this paper defines the concepts of new economy,new economic enterprises and technological innovation efficiency,and expounds the theories related to technological innovation and technological innovation evaluation.Secondly,the innovation input-output index under the Three-stage DEA model is established.Combined with the development characteristics of new economic enterprises,the corresponding environmental variables are selected,and the evaluation index system and Three-stage DEA model of technological innovation efficiency of new economic enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are constructed.Thirdly,after selecting the most new economic listed enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from A-shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen,the sample enterprises are divided into advanced manufacturing enterprises and high-end technology service enterprises.Based on the panel data of new economic enterprises 2014-2018,the efficiency of technological innovation in the first and third stages and its decomposition indexes are measured and analyzed.According to the second stage SFA regression results,this paper analyzes the direction and degree of environmental factors on the improvement of technological innovation efficiency,so as to reflect the internal and external environmental factors that affect the technological innovation efficiency of new economic enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Then,in order to compare the innovation efficiency of different types of enterprises,more intuitively show the relationship between innovation input-output and innovation efficiency,and reflect the difference of innovation efficiency of different new economic industries,this paper is based on three aspects: Enterprise Ownership Based on time series,innovation production mode based on "input efficiency",and enterprise division based on new economic micro industry The first and third stages of DEA innovation efficiency comparative analysis.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the technological innovation efficiency of new economic enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the overall technological innovation efficiency of new economic enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. |
