Construction On The Development Of Logistics Park Based On The Theory Of Sustainable Development

With the development of economic globalization and information technology, theimportance of modern logistics in economic development is increasingly prominent. As aproduct of the development of logistics industry, logistics park has been rapid development inmany developed countries such as Japan and Germany. Planning and construction of logisticspark has been regarded as a breakthrough point to promote the development of modernlogistics, and has been seen as an important factor of accelerating the logistics industry andregional economic development. Logistics industry in China started relatively late, in recentyears, with the highly developed division of social labor,"the logistics heat" rising in ourcountry, and obtained the extensive concern and attention form Chinese government,enterprises, research institutions and all sectors of society. At present, due to excessive blindconstruction, the domestic logistics parks has appeared the problems, such as lack of planning,comparing with each other and blindly seeking the big aim, seriously impact the developmentof regional economy.Therefore, the research for the evaluation index system and method of logistics parkdevelopment, comprehensive, scientific and objectively evaluation the logistics parkdevelopment, so as to timely reflect the present situation, judgment the existing problems andpredicts the development trend of the future development of logistics park, and provide thebasis for planning and decision-making for government. Through to the study of evaluationindex system and evaluation method for logistics park development, that can improvelogistics park development research theory and methods. Putting forward the correspondingcountermeasures for the development of logistics park.The main research results and conclusions of this article can be summarized as:(1)Reviewed the related theory of logistics park, and through the theoretical analysis, found theclosely related between development of logistics park and the sustainable development, andputting forward the logistics park development evaluation based on the theory of sustainabledevelopment;(2) In the process of the establishment of the index system, established thedevelopment index pool for logistics park according to the influence factors which based onthe sustainable development theory, and through the process of index selection and got moresatisfaction index system;(3) According to the index system, and the comparison of currentcomprehensive evaluation method, select permutations polygon integrated graphic method forthe determination of partial and through rough set method which under the guidance ofexperts to determine the weights of partial, and determined the final comprehensivedevelopment index;(4) Analyzed Liaoning traffic(HuYue)logistics park according to thecertain evaluation index system and evaluation method, in order to verify the evaluation indexsystem and method of development of logistics park based on the theory of the sustainabledevelopment.
