In recent years, more and more intense competition in the communications servicesindustry, how to attract, retain and motivate talented people is an important issue. Ascientific and reasonable salary management system to maximize the enthusiasm of thestaff. The implementation of a comprehensive compensation system, able to maintain thecompetitive advantage of corporate human resources, enterprises and employees toachieve a win-win situation.H actual design a scientific and reasonable compensation system is the focus of thisstudy. The paper is divided into six parts. First is the introduction, which describes thepapers background and significance of research content and methods, as well as domesticand foreign remuneration Research. Followed by H constitute basic conditions and salarymanagement system. Intro development, organizational structure and status of humanresources and management analysis. Again the problems is the remuneration system of H,H salary satisfaction survey results of the original pay system analysis to identify the mainproblems in the H’s existing remuneration system, as well as subjective and objective ofthese problems reasons. Then followed by: H of the remuneration system of the optimaldesign as well as specific steps. The part is the focus of this paper. In this section, the firstcombination of H old compensation system, put forward the basic principles of the paysystem design and compensation strategy, and then proceed to the improvement of theremuneration system, expressed in the specific operation. This article is based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of thecompensation management, combined with the existing problems in the H andremuneration systems, we explore the scientific and rational pay system designoptimization problem. I hope this pay system optimization can provide some reference forsimilar enterprises remuneration management.
