In the context of current economic development,technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are playing a key role in development of knowledge economy,meanwhile,they also have become growing important in the development of China.If any country desires to gain competitive advantages in comprehensive national strength,it is necessary to obtain technological advantages.Therefore,talents represent core competitiveness as the science and technology change rapidly.If technology-based SMEs seek an opportunity of development,they need focusing on the technology development based on professional talents.However,it is difficult to recruit or retain talents.Talent shortage has become one of the core bottlenecks in technology-based SMEs'development.Under this background,how to attract,cultivate and retain talents become an urgent problem.In recent years,the government has strongly encouraged and supported the development of technology-based SMEs.China's technology-based SMEs are developing very fast,and while achieving gratifying results,but many management problems are exposed in these innovation-driven enterprises.Therefore,how to gain advantages in talent competitions is a significant subject which is worth to do research.This dissertation systematically describes the relevant theories and models by domestic and foreign scholars.The data of XF company's employee satisfaction is collected through questionnaire and interview.The current situation of staff turnover is analyzed by the method of statistical analysis based on the relevant theories and models.In addition,the reasons and negative impacts of talents loss are also explored.Then this dissertation provides specific countermeasures to deal with the problem of talents loss from seven aspects:salary promotion scheme,talent assessment,broadening recruitment channels,establishing internal and external talent flow mechanisms,staff training and team building,enterprise culture,establishing an effective feedback mechanism.These measures not only help XF company to solve the problem of staff turnover,but also promote the healthy development of enterprises.At the same time,the result of this research is summarized through analyzing the implementation results.What more,it is significantly useful to solve the problem of personnel loss for other companies with similar type.
