With the acceleration of economic globalization, the international economy andinternational cultural relations between the increasingly intimate, appeared out of the economicand cultural integration trend. Trade enterprises to international cross-cultural business operationis in progress, the different cultures in the same enterprise intersection, impact. In the foreigntrade enterprises to explore management must consider cultural differences often causedproblems, cultural differences influence international business to become an important reason forthe success. Meanwhile, cross-cultural proper management can improve the efficiency oforganizations and employees, to enable enterprises to implement its strategic objectives,especially for foreign trade enterprises, and how based on different cultural backgrounds, both intheory and implementation of the two levels of trade enterprises to improve managementknowledge and the quality of the company’s development has a positive meaning. At present, theSino-Russian trade business trends violently, becoming China and the Russian economy is one ofthe core components. However, business and trade cooperation between China and Russiaoccurred during the cultural conflict is also increasingly serious obstacle to the development as atrading enterprise. Thus, in the case of cross-cultural management strategies and measures tobecome an important project management research, managers can identify ways to overcomecross-cultural conflicts and can avoid or reduce future cross-cultural issues related to thesustainable development of enterprises and advanced.In this paper, the Sino-Russian trade enterprises as the research object, surrounded bycultural differences and cross-cultural management aspects of theoretical and empirical research.First, from the status quo of research theories, outline the concept of culture and cross-cultural,cultural differences, cross-cultural conflict, cultural differences lead to conflicting factors,conflict management strategies and other related theories, research paper prepared for the basicinformation; secondly, describing the Eastern and Western countries cultural characteristics,noting that many of the problems caused by cultural differences, cultural differences wrote onbusinesses and employees the positive and negative factors; once again, on the Sino-Russiantrade enterprises conducted a questionnaire survey of Sino-Russian trade enterprise-standingconflicts and draw relevant conclusions; Finally, according to the relevant cross-culturalmanagement theory suggests that cross-cultural communication and management solutions toproblems and countermeasures. Hope that through this research, managers can draw a richknowledge of cross-cultural management and proper implementation of the Sino-Russian tradeenterprise management.
