Energy shortages facing the grim situation, how to solve the energyproblems of overseas expansion is related to the fundamental interests of China’smajor issue. Globalization and localization in the current si tuation goes hand inhand, and cultural factors on the impact of international business is becomingincreasingly important, in some cases even become a key factor in deciding thesuccess or failure. Ethnic cultural integration issues as part of the softwar eprocess in transnational operations cannot be avoided. In accordance with theChina Petroleum (CNPC: China national petroleum corporation)headquartersharmonious international career "winwin and common development strategicvision requirements Mongolian International Engineering Company DaqingOilfield Company in crosscultural management, there is still much room forimprovement.In this paper, the International Engineering Company Daqing OilfieldCompany in Mongolia as the research object, first of all, on the DQEInternational Mongolia basic situation of the Company and its projects wereintroduced to explain the project’s specific context, and further analysis of thecrosscultural issues in Daqing oilfield investment projects in Mongolia adverseeffects. Secondly, this paper various stages of development projects in theMongolian market encountered in the management of crosscultural conflictissues are analyzed, and according to the existing problems, analyze the causesof the problem. Finally, since the crosscultural issues adverse effects, DQEInternational Mongolia Based on the company’s actual management problemsencountered in the proposed crosscultural management of specific proposals andmeasures.
