Knowledge absorptive capacity as an important area of research in knowledgemanagement has got people’s attention. Many researchers have been introducingknowledge absorptive capacity theory and method into the enterprise development andsocial progress. and research has made the leap.Entering the21st century, with theknowledge-based economy in the world is rising rapidly and depth of economicdevelopment on the Internet, an innovative economic model is quietly coming,creativity become the main driving force of economic development. On a world scale,the rise of new economy makes the creative industries to get great development, butcreative industry itself has the characteristics of leading theory lags behind practice, sonot to theory innovation is bound to hinder its development. Analysis found that theexisting research mainly focuses on the definition of related concepts and creativeindustry development prospects, less research on some aspects of the creative industriessuch as creative team and creative people.How will develop relatively mature knowledge absorptive capacity theory appliedto the creative team of creative personnel, make creative people to effectively acquireuseful knowledge both inside and outside the team according to the actual needs of thecreative team, digest and absorb it, and then achieve creative team goals.Therefore,this article intends to make a exploratory study on the knowledge absorption capacity ofthe creative team of creative personnel,in order to enrich the content of knowledgeabsorptive capacity, and put forward constructive suggestions for knowledge absorptionability of ascension.Firstly, In the full draw based on the results of previous studies,this paperconcludes some related theoretical knowledge, such as the connotation andcharacteristics of creative team and creative people. Combined with the theory ofknowledge absorption capacity, the concept of knowledge absorptive capacity of thecreative team of creative personnel is proposed. Then on the basis of analyzing theconnotation of the creative process of creative personnel in the creative team, buildingknowledge absorption capability model and exploratory analysis.Secondly, the creativeteam creative staff knowledge absorptive capacity factors are analyzed theoretically,Then obtains data through the questionnaire, Uses structural equation model to make anempirical analysis of the influencing factors, Draws influence factors of knowledgeabsorptive capacity of the creative team of creative personnel. Finally, the researchprovides improvement strategies of knowledge absorptive capacity of the creative team of creative personnel, from the perspective of the creative process and the influencefactors.
